You’ve Completely Cut Carbs From Your Diet – Believe it or not, you body needs carbohydrates, and too few carbs can freeze your weight loss just as effectively too many carbs can. The energy that carbohydrates provide not only help you power through those workout sessions, they also help build your muscles – and more muscle means a faster metabolic rate. So instead dodging every bowl of rice or piece of bread you see, switch to oatmeal, fresh fruit, or sweet potatoes for your carbs. You’ll see the difference in your workouts in no time.

You’re Simply Not Eating Enough Food – Speaking of eating habits and diet plans, it seems like the most obvious way to lose weight would be to eat as little as possible. If you have the ability to go early in the morning, I think that’s the only way you’ll avoid a multi-hour wait. Arrived at 6:50AM (doors open at 8AM, by that time there were 60+ people in line) and I was the ~20th person camping out in line. Got in the door at 8:40AM. I came in for a cut and they took care of me quickly. Place was very clean, too.
