CareWell Urgent Care, Moving Forward

We want to thank all our staff for their service and bravery during the pandemic.  You are an amazing group.

We also thank all our patients, who have trusted us with their health needs throughout the years — and especially during this last, most challenging year. This is a trying time for all of us, and on many days, things have not gone as planned.  Many of you visited us for the first time, and sometimes experienced long waits. We thank you for your patience.  Moving forward, we welcome the chance to provide you with excellent service when you need to see a medical provider for non-emergent needs.

Speaking of service, over the past few months we have hired and trained nearly 200 new staff members to meet the growing need.  We applaud all those healthcare workers who have joined this profession — not only at CareWell, but in every healthcare setting.

While we are a walk-in clinic, we have updated our appointment system so you, our patients, can schedule any type of visit at your convenience.  We have already started accepting appointments at two locations.  We plan to have the system up and running very soon at all 17 CareWell locations.

With more staff and a system that safely allows walk-in or by-appointment visits, all of our patients can feel secure about a seamless experience at any CareWell center.  So, if you are feeling ill or injured, or if you need vaccine updates, blood drawn, or a COVID-19 test for any reason, we are ready and waiting.  We are here to serve the communities around our centers with the best Care You Can Count On!

If you have the ability to go early in the morning, I think that’s the only way you’ll avoid a multi-hour wait. Waited for a few minutes in the waiting room while they took my information. Test itself was quick (

Courteous. Efficient. Competent.

I came in for a cut and they took care of me quickly. Place was very clean, too.

The last thing I wanted to do was go into a medical facility right now. I very much appreciated how professional yet human they were. Thanks to Tara and the whole team there. Doing a great job.
